Care & Usage
Place a peeled clove of garlic into the chamber and press handles together to release a fine mince. Rinse promptly after use to prevent residue from drying.
Wash with warm water or place in the dishwasher as needed. For a more thorough clean, open the press fully to remove any remaining particles before drying.

I got this to replace an older garlic press that I gave away out of frustration. While that one did press the garlic, due to its awkward design, it was frustrating and nearly impossible to clean. This one not only looks very nice, but is designed to be easy to remove the unpressed fibers. They peel right out, and the whole thing can easily be washed out with no difficult to reach corners. This garlic press is just in another league, and I expect to keep it for a long time to come!
