  • On orders and auto shipment orders with a subtotal above $45, free shipping is applicable to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.

$50 flat rate over $200. (Canada)

  • Orders to Canada above $200 incur a $50 flat rate on shipping.  Orders below $200 incur standard shipping rates.

Non-contiguous states and US territories

  • We offer discounted shipping to non-contiguous states and US territories. While shipping to these areas can be expensive, we are looking for improved options to get products to you.
  • There is a 40 lb. weight limit on orders being shipped to non-contiguous states and US territories.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders will be processed & shipped in 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

What courier service do you use?

  • Packages are shipped UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and which shipping option you choose.

When will I receive tracking information?

  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed.  However, it may take a few hours to appear in the UPS, USPS, or FedEx tracking system. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the tracking link included in the email.

Can I change my address after an order is placed?

  • Once an order is processed, we will try our best to make address changes, however, this is dependent on the courier used and extra fees may apply. If you would like to request a change to your order, contact service@publicgoods.com

Live Houseplants Shipping

  • Public Goods offers shipping nationwide on live houseplants. We’ve tried and tested various methods to ensure quality plants upon delivery and we believe that we have perfected the method using custom packaging materials.

  • On orders with a subtotal above $45, free shipping is applicable to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.

  • We've partnered with Fedex and USPS to deliver our houseplants. We're so confident in our partnerships that we guarantee that the plant will get to you in tip top shape.

  • We ship houseplants year around, despite your local weather conditions. We will generally process your order within 2-5 business days of your order being placed. We package the plants in our warehouses in Florida and Southern California to ensure safe shipping. However, plants that are received damaged are always covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

  • Plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in great condition. All plants include a 30-day guarantee in the event it arrives damaged and does not survive. If you have any issues with your order please email us.

  • We stand behind our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Getting plants through Public Goods is risk-free

Frozen Fish Shipping

  • Our products are delivered fully frozen via express shipping. You will receive a tracking email when your order ships, and it will arrive fully frozen.
  • We want you to be 100% satisfied. We will refund, replace or exchange any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase.
  • Orders ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, and deliver within 1-3 days of shipment. Please order by midnight on Monday to ensure same-week delivery, but note that your order may deliver same-week even if you order after Monday (depending on your transit time).
  • You will receive a tracking email when your order ships, and it will arrive fully frozen. We do our best to deliver on weekdays so that you have your order in time for the weekend!
  • *Shipping & Delivery Schedule is subject to change during major holiday seasons.
  • Frozen Seafood Items ship separately from Non-Frozen Items. You will receive two tracking numbers if your order contains both frozen and non-frozen items.  
  • Orders can be canceled without fee anytime before tracking information is assigned. (Tracking information is communicated by email when an order ships).
  • Orders canceled after the shipment tracking information has been assigned will be charged a one-time $45.00 in-transit return fee, aka “Return to Sender Fee.” This fee is to help cover the costs of transit, which can result in the fish no longer being safe for sale and consumption.
