Make sure you’re logged into the account that purchased the membership. Your perks will apply automatically at checkout.
How does the shopping credit work?
Every three months, you’ll receive a $20 store credit via email, which can be applied toward any purchase of $65 or more. Currently, store credits cannot be accumulated, but we're working on making that possible!
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership here.
Memberships are not refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
We offer a 14-day grace period after auto-renewal to request a full refund in the event you didn't use the membership during the grace period.
Will I get a refund if I cancel before the year ends?
Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, but your benefits will remain active for the full 12 months.
What items are excluded from the 20% member discount?
Food items are only 10% off. We don’t offer any additional discounts on frozen fish, plants and boxed gift sets. Everything else is at 20% off.
Is the Public Goods membership a recurring charge?
Yes. Public Goods members pay $65 annually to access to the membership benefits. There are no hidden costs or early termination fees.
How do I access my account if my email address is not being recognized?

Can I order without being a member?
Yes, although only members enjoy an extra 20% off on their order as well as free shipping.
