Each tender morsel of our peppered jerky is made from lean cuts of grass-fed, organic beef that are smoked low and slow to create a robust flavor and deep mahogany color flecked with bits of ground pepper. We make our jerky the way nature intended, with no added nitrates. A portable snack you can take anywhere, it's a long-lasting, shelf stable treat that's also low-carb and high in protein.
What’s in it: 97% lean organic beef, organic sugar, water, organic salt and pepper.
What’s not in it: nitrites, artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners.
It’s all good: This product is made from grass-fed beef with no added hormones or antibiotics and is certified organic. Our jerky is gluten-free according to FDA standards (less than 20 parts per million) but does contain wheat.
