We age our parmesan in small batches for ten months using part skim milk for full flavor with less fat. Regarded by connoisseurs as one of the world’s most perfect foods, parmesan elevates any meal with its sharp, nutty flavor. Sprinkle this wholesome cheese over steamed vegetables, pasta, pizza or salads.
