What makes our organic Sunflower Oil special is that it’s one of the few oil varieties that retains its nutrients at a high temperature. For that matter, it’s one of the only oils that actually has nutrients to offer (avocado oil and EVOO being good company). Sunflower Oil is a good source of vitamins E and K, is low in saturated fat, and packs a heavy punch of heart healthy oleic acid. Plus, it has a high smoke point, making this oil ideal for high-heat cooking. With a mild flavor, it’s a great option for aioli, condiments (homemade chili crisp!), dressings, and baked goods.
