Each tender morsel of our peppered jerky is made from lean cuts of grass-fed, organic beef that are smoked low and slow to create a robust flavor and deep mahogany color flecked with bits of ground pepper. We make our jerky the way nature intended, with no added nitrates. A portable snack you can take anywhere, it's a long-lasting, shelf stable treat that's also low-carb, high in protein and gluten-free according to FDA standards.
