A ½ cup serving includes 5 grams of dietary fiber, 6 grams of protein and 2 milligrams of iron. Rolled oats are very versatile and can be used in both sweet and savory recipes. Begin your day with hearty, plant-based oatmeal or make your own oat milk by adding 1 cup of oats to 3 cups of water and blending the mixture until smooth. Stir in a touch of our wildflower honey for sweetness.
